PLEASE READ ENTIRE MESSAGE

Thank you for making your reservation with Winter Park Trail Rides. We know you will have a great time with us on your Colorado vacation. Some important things to remember:

• Please remember to arrive 30 minutes prior to your departure time as everyone needs to sign a liability waiver to ride. We cannot wait for you if you are not on time and you will still get to pay for your ride. IF YOU SHOW UP AT YOUR DEPARTURE TIME  YOU WILL MISS YOUR RIDE OR YOUR RIDE WILL BE SHORTENED IF WE CAN STILL ACCOMODATE YOU.
• Please check in at the office before approaching the horse area.
• Please call with any changes to your reservation within the cancellation window to allow us time to fill those spots as we typically book to capacity.  One person different may make a difference in another family getting to go.  You will be charged for the number of seats reserved for cancellations not received at least 24 hours in advance. 
• We typically still operate in most weather conditions and our normal cancellation policy applies even if it is snowing, raining, cold or windy or the roads are slick, snowy, or icy.   Weather related cancellations are at the discretion of the tour operator and refunds are not given if you do not like the weather on the day of your ride or the roads are slick or your transportation did not arrive as planned.
• Long pants are recommended for your ride as well as a hat, sunglasses and jacket.  Closed toe shoes are required, no sandles or flip flops are allowed on the ride.
